These predictions are estimates based on historical data and should not be considered guarantees.

Maintain the security of your account credentials
Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our refund policy.

Monthly subscriptions: Access continues until the end of the current billing period
Annual subscriptions: Pro-rata refunds available within the first 30 days

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Prevesta does not guarantee the accuracy of permit timeline predictions. Our estimates are based on historical data and actual results may vary. Users should not rely solely on our predictions for critical business decisions.

8. Limitation of Liability

Prevesta shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
